If you have any general questions, enquiries, feedback on your experience with Tmlpath Pathology or would like to request an upload of your pathology results to My Health Record please complete the appropriate form below. We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as we are able.
If you wish you to add your pathology test results to your My Health Record account, simply complete the form below.
A confirmation email will be sent once results are uploaded to MHR. While most pathology results are available to access 7 days after upload a small number of tests are made available immediately. For more information, visit the digitalhealth.gov.au website.
