Why complete onboarding?

Completing the onboarding process makes sure your eReferrals are set up, your preferred method for receiving results is in place, and all practice and clinician details are correct. This helps match your practice with the right ordering and courier workflows, prevents delays due to missing information, and ensures you have the right local support when needed.

Onboarding is particularly important if a new doctor is joining, your practice is moving or changing structure, or if a practice manager is handling the set-up for clinicians.

Once submitted, we’ll progress setup behind the scenes. We’ll only contact you if something further is required.
